The scope of guidance is quite broad and practiced in varied ways. Which elements are important for appropriate guidance during the validation process? Identified challenges linked to guidance in validation and recommendations will be presented and discussed.

Presentation of methods and tools for worklife guidance (Erasmus KA2 project):
The project Worklife guidance focused on developing an integrated approach to anchoring guidance, HRM and VPL in the workplace as a means for enhancing lifelong learning and employability through an enjoyable approach. The approach was developed in the European project ‘Worklife Guidance – Development of guidance and counselling in the workplace’. The main product is an online toolbox open for use and further development (see: http://wlguidance.wixsite.com/toolbox).
