The primary purpose of "Talent Management" is to increase the supply of labor to the Danish workforce, through the ability to mobilize and utilize the skills of refugees in Denmark.

In April 2016 Integrationsnet started a project called “Talent Management”. The primary purpose of "Talent Management" is to increase the supply of labor to the Danish workforce, through the ability to mobilize and utilize the skills of refugees in Denmark, which will in turn increase the competiveness of Danish companies. Early 360 degrees screening of a number of refugees takes place in the asylum centers, and is coupled with a targeted match between company demands and requirements versus the skills and competences of the individual refugee. This task is undertaken by Integrationsnet’s recruiting consultants.

For municipalities, it creates better conditions to start early business-oriented action, just as it opens the possibility of ensuring a better match between the refugees' skills and local job opportunities.
